CustomWritings is another writing company that wants to grab students’ attention by its astonishing layout and dubious writing performance. At least, some customwritings.com reviews assert that this writing company can’t cope with assignments.

The company claims that it is located in the UK and has offices in Ukraine. The site really looks great and seems to be quite user-friendly. I hope that design there isn’t the only strength. Let’s find out what it is like!

I needed a 3-page essay on Philosophy to be completed within 4 days. Well, I had an ambiguous impression of the essay I got. Actually, it was more negative. The paper had quite a strange style of writing and some grammar mistakes and misspellings. However, the overall structure was not bad.

I think the way everything was conveyed remained unclear to the audience. That’s why some parts were difficult to read. I assume that the writer was not a native speaker because some words have been misused. It’s hard to call an essay well-written due to the mistakes mentioned above. Obviously, prices are not the lowest ones. However, the biggest problem is the paper quality. It is important to admit that a native speaker will cost you +30%! Apart from this, there are other services you can be charged for, and a total sum is almost twice bigger. That’s why it’s hard to say that prices are acceptable.

Guarantees

There are several guarantees that this company promises to fulfill. For instance, they promise to give your money back if you are not satisfied or change your mind. 

However, it doesn’t mean that you will be returned the whole amount of money you have spent on your papers. It depends on the amount of time that a writer spent working on the task. So, you are unlikely to get your money back.

Many customwritings.com reviews emphasize papers may be partly plagiarized. I haven’t faced such difficulty. However, my paper was almost one hour late. Despite promising to refund part of the paid sum, they didn’t do this. 24/7 support doesn’t work 24/7. There is nothing to add. 

Several customwritings.com reviews describe similar situations. Moreover, a free revision guarantee isn’t efficient. I asked to revise my essay because there were some mistakes and misspellings. The result was almost the same in the end.

I don’t know anything about the support team, but some agents behave arrogantly for sure. I barely tolerate such behavior, so I made a complaint. As for as I understood, managers don’t really care, and it’s quite typical of them to ignore such complaints. 

Moreover, it often took hours to wait for their responses. It’s really annoying. I definitely recommend looking for other writing services that can cope with your assignments on time at reasonable rates. It isn’t worth spending money on this service because it takes too much time to make a paper passable afterward.
