If everything is okay, you will get your money back within 40 days! By the way, do not expect to get a refund for additional services and the chosen writer category.

As for the free revision policy, I do not know what to say. It seems huler1996 do not have it. You can find the promises of an unlimited number of free revisions on the main page, but there is no mention of them in Terms of Use.

The support team is awful! As you already know, I could not find information on a free revision policy, so I opened an online chat to solve this issue. However, nobody answered my question, and I had to search for other ways to get in touch with the support team. But what an unpleasant surprise! There was no Contact page, and links to huler1996 social media and Gmail did not work!
