About SuperiorPapers

SuperiorPapers appeared on my radar a couple of months ago when a friend mentioned a website that’s been around for ages. I couldn’t believe I’d never heard of a writing service that’s been around since 1997 and decided to give it a try. I was especially impressed by the promise of every writer possessing a Master’s or a Ph.D. degree, even if the rates seemed inflated.

It took me a while to get around to this SuperiorPapers review because the paper I got wasn’t at all what I expected for the money I paid. And I tried to straighten things out before making a rash judgment. Turns out, I shouldn’t have bothered. Revisions didn’t help the case, and I didn’t even get a partial refund. The best I got was partial store credit that I’m never going to use. Read on to find out what made me change my mind.

Prices, Deadlines and Discounts

None of the SuperiorPapers reviews I skimmed complained about pricing, and I find that surprising. The cheapest rate is $20.99 per page (for high schoolers on a 10-day deadline), which is significantly higher than what most essay mills charge. And the prices go up from there as the deadlines decrease and the academic levels rise. After setting the longest possible deadline, I had to pay over $70 for my 3-page Business Management essay. I could have saved some with a SuperiorPapers discount code, but it got lost in my Spam folder.

SuperiorPapers went one step beyond the usual and created a membership program. Not only do you have to overpay for papers, but they also want you to spend $40 to $50 per month ($100 or $150 per year) to get premium support and ‘profound’ quality assurance. The only helpful features are drafts and originality reports, but I don’t think they are worth the extra expense unless you’re ready to become a regular.

Is SuperiorPapers Worth

If you trust some reviews on SiteJabber, it certainly seems that way. However, I found enough posts to make me doubt the writing quality. And the complete lack of customer reviews on Trustpilot also seems a bit sketchy. Although I don’t put much faith in online reviews, especially 5-star ones, the overall rating convinced me to give this company a try. Hopefully, my post will help you avoid this mistake.

The paper I got was formatted wrong, filled with typos and mistakes. I would have ignored all that if it’d been any good. However, the writer ignored my instructions and went on an opinionated rant without any evidential support. It could pass for a blog post, but not a college essay.

Terms of Use

I should have read the fine print before paying, but I only got around to it when writing this SuperiorPapers review. The convoluted terms are a red flag if I’ve ever seen one. For example, you get 14 days to request a revision, but the company can limit the number of free revisions. And you only have three days to request your money back, and full refunds are only viable until a writer is assigned to your order. As far as I can tell, most customers get store credit instead of refunds, and that’s only valid for a year.

Whatever else you take away from this review about SuperiorPapers, safe this company is not.

I try to keep my posts balanced and honest, and I wish I could add something good to this review about my customer support experience. Unfortunately, I can’t. I had the misfortune of chatting with Regie. And while he did answer my questions quickly, he was extremely pushy. It felt more like a conversation with an insistent salesman than a support session. I’m sure it suits some people, but I find this type of support manager offputting.

Final Thoughts

For all the glowing reviews and impressive promises, this essay mill turned out to be no better than dozens of other disappointing writing services. After paying $70 for a 3-page essay, I couldn’t use it even as a reference source, and all my attempts to get a meaningful improvement or a refund were fruitless. Even the support team couldn’t improve my impression of the company.

Save your time and money and stay away.

Is legit?

The company seems legitimate at first glance, especially once you remember it was founded over two decades ago. So my only issue with Careersboost Limited is that it’s registered in Cyprus, an offshore zone.

Is reliable?

If you’re lucky, you’ll get a passable writer to work on your project. Unfortunately, I wasn’t. I don’t believe this company is reliable because it’s up to chance whether you get a quality paper or a useless piece of garbage.

Is a scam?

I wouldn’t call it a scam, though they certainly miss the mark on being a reliable business. The company’s services do not match the prices charged, and getting a refund seems like an impossible feat.
