Hello, everybody! Today, I want you to read my Ultius review. Yeap, I was overloaded with homework again and had to order my paper from this writing service. I found a lot of positive Ultius.com reviews on Sitejabber, and that’s why I decided to give it a try. 

You know, I always try to check the online reputation of the service before ordering papers from them. Although feedback on Sitejabber was mainly positive, I’ve also found numerous controversial reviews about this service online but decided to order my papers from them to check everything myself. I hoped for the better and wanted to get an A, for sure. 

Ok, so, here we go. The company is quite popular among learners, and one can read on their website that the service has been on the market for nine years. They say that they have more than 2K writers. Wow! The number is really impressive. 

I hope that all of them are professional ones with degrees, but not just any people who know the alphabet. It is said in the section “About Us” that the writing service is among the global leaders and is obsessed with customer satisfaction. I hoped that it was true, but I was mistaken. I’ll explain to you why a bit later. 

As for the website, it is quite user-friendly, and I had no trouble finding an order button. It is at the right top corner of the homepage. 

Ah, I almost forgot to tell you that there is a calculator on their homepage. I liked it. I could know the price of my paper before starting filling in an order form. You know, there are websites that have no such fast calculator, and you start filling in their extremely long and boring forms to know in the end that you’ll have to pay several hundred bucks for your two-page paper. 

Whaaat? So, it is great that this service has a calculator, and you have an idea of how much it will cost you to use their services. 

Paper Quality

I’m sure you are reading my Ultius review because you want to know about the quality of the provided paper. Right? Ok, here is what happened to me. I ordered a two-page paper and got it several hours before the deadline. I looked it through and actually didn’t like it.

More than that, I found some typos. There was a feeling that a non-native was writing it, so I sent my paper for revision, but what a surprise. I found out that they would be able to deliver my paper after making all the amendments in three days. 

Whaat? I needed my paper earlier, so I got in touch with their representatives, and they told me to pay more if I needed it earlier. I thought that these guys were faster, but they appeared to be the real slowpokes. 

I refused to pay more and decided to make amendments myself. It wasn’t something I was going to do the night before the deadline, really.

 A nice surprise is that they offer a first-order discount and it is 20%. I’ve read about it in some Ultius reviews. You will get it if you provide your email address. I did it and paid less for my paper. 

I chose a writer’s level - Undergraduate, the deadline was 5 days, and the total cost of my two-page writing was $46. 23 bucks per page, but thanks to the 20% discount, I paid less. So, don’t miss a chance to use the discount if you are going to order assignments from this writing service. 

If you want to hire a writer with the Master’s level, then be ready to pay $33 per page with the deadline five days. One page of writing made by the high-school writer will cost you 19 bucks. So, guys, you see that this service is expensive and if you don’t want to waste your money, better think about some other academic helpers.

It is high time to speak about the provided guarantees in my Ultius.com review. I have to admit that it is written a lot in the section Terms and Conditions. You’ll spend the whole evening trying to understand everything written there. I’ve understood that it will be extremely hard to get a refund if you are not satisfied with the paper quality because I failed to find a clear refund policy. 

As for the revision policy. Yes, the service promises to revise your paper for free within seven days after the paper completion, but you will have to wait for the revised paper for about three days. In case you need your revised paper ASAP (like I needed), then you’ll have to pay extra. Well, not really pleasant, especially with their high prices.

It is no secret that the majority of writing services have customer support services ( now, I speak about services that really care for their customers and want to help them solve some issues). So, let’s talk about customer support in my Ultius review. 

I had some questions, so I decided to get in touch with the support team. There are several ways to do it: via messenger, but keep in mind that you’ll be able to do it only if you have a Facebook account, via the phone, or they propose you to start chatting with their Alisa bot. You may also start looking for some answers in the FAQ section. 

At first, I started a chat with their bot, it was a new option for me, and I decided to try it. Frankly speaking, I found this option useless because I haven’t got clear answers to my questions, and the bot was sending me the same answers all the time. So, don’t waste your time chatting with the bot if you have an urgent question. 

I decided to get in touch with them later on the phone and it worked.
